Released Foyer JavaScript Client to make using our REST API easier than ever. Try it here on NPM.
Added ability to resize images for Pages and form descriptions dynamically (click on image and drag corners).
Added image upload to Pages (all images uploaded are only visible to those who have access to the page, image access is revoked when Page access is revoked).

Released new version of Foyer Outlook Secure Email Add-In (improved error handling, simplified interface)
Fixed issue where whitespace characters (i.e., spaces) before or after email addresses would result in an "Invalid Email Address" error message.

Updated the "Insert Link" feature for Pages (and Form Description fields) to include an option to open link in new tab.
Fixed issue where images inserted into Pages (and Form Description fields) would not persist their width and height after saving.
Fixed issue where buttons inserted into Pages were missing organization theme colors.

Added Org-Wide Notification Preferences. Allows organization wide customization of notification preferences (while allowing users to still override via their own preferences).
Added File Preview support for video formats (mp4, avi, mov, webm, 3gp, ogg) and audio formats (mp3, wav, flac).
Added left and right navigation buttons to File Preview to quickly preview the next file in any Space (supports arrow keys as well).
Fixed bug where logging in would redirect to Home page instead of redirecting properly to the linked page.

Added bulk client import on Clients page. You can now upload a list of clients from any spreadsheet (XLSX, CSV, TSV, etc...).
Added client self registration page. To enable, head to the Org page, click "More..." and enable "Client Self Registration". Your clients will be able to make their own accounts via your org's "/client-registration" URL.

Introducing Foyer Apps. With Foyer Apps, you can customize which Apps (Spaces, Forms, Pages, etc...) are shown (and the order they are shown) to any user. You can even create your own Apps which embed your own web app, or link to another page.

Added Regions for Data Residency in the US, EU, and Australia. When you onboard to Foyer you can pick a region, and all your organization's data (files, messages, forms, etc..) will be stored only in that region.
Added options to: disable chat for any Space, make Space's files read-only for clients, and to hide Space's members from clients.

Foyer Pages is now live! Pages are a secure way for your business to create and share your own knowledge base.
You can now create custom home pages for any user or group by creating a Page and then clicking Assign as Home Page.

Reworked our rich-text editor that we use for email templating, which adds support for more custom styles within your emails (e.g. bullet lists, numbered lists, headings).
You can now select folders for bulk file operations (e.g. deleteing and downloading). You can also now drag-and-drop folders to move them into other folders (just like files).

Added "dark mode". You can change between light and dark mode by selecting the option on your account menu in the toolbar.
You can now easily print form submissions by using CTRL+P (or right click and select print) within your browser.

Added a "Send Email" option for all form submissions. This is a quick way to communicate with the submitter. The email is sent from a "noreply" Foyer email address.

Added another view for the file explorer within Spaces: Row View. This view shows more information than the grid view such as file size, uploaded time, owner, and more.

Added another way you can style your custom Forms: Row View. We have named the classic experience: Stepper View. Row view is great for larger forms with many fields, while stepper view is ideal for smaller forms.
You can now add new members to a space without needing to create a new space.
The number of unread form submissions is now shown in the left drawer.
Added guest authentication mode for forms to automatically generate a guest account upon form submission.

Your storage usage is now shown on the settings page for each space, as well as on the Org page (to view total usage).
You can rename directly files within any space by clicking the "Rename" option.

Added Foyer SafeLink: a simple way to share files publicly. Just select the "Share" option on any file to make it public. All files shared via a SafeLink are given a label of "Public".
Fixed bug where guest users could not upgrade their accounts to clients.
Added a custom introduction message for SafeDrop. This is configurable on your Org page.

Foyer SafeDrop is now available! SafeDrop makes it easy to collect documents from anyone on any device. Just send a link to your SafeDrop page, and anyone can send you files without logging in.

We are proud to announce our partnership and integration with DocuSign! You are now able to link your DocuSign account, and request file signatures directly from any Space. The signed files are securely transferred back to Foyer so you don't have to worry about your signed documents being leaked.
